Shipping policy

1. Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order has been placed. Please note that during periods of high volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

2. Shipping method and delivery time

Standard shipping: € 10.95 processing within 2-3 working days.

3. Costs

We work with fixed shipping costs. These are £6.95 per order. We may offer temporary promotions with free shipping above a certain amount. These are temporary in nature and will not always take place.

4. Shipping restrictions

We currently only deliver to countries within the EU. For international orders, you can enquire about the options via our contact form.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.

7. Customs and import duties

Please note that customers may be responsible for paying any customs or import duties that may apply to international orders.
