The Globee assembles without tools and can be used in four ways. Ready in about 2 minutes.

  • On a table or windowsill: flat bottom, just place it down.
  • Rotate: twist the top half for a tilted angle.
  • On the wall: hang it up in no time.
  • On the ceiling: hang it with the included chain, which supports up to 20 kg.

Frequently asked questions about Globee Olive

Is the Globee frost- and UV-resistant? Can it stay outside all year round?

Yes. The Globee is made of weather-resistant, 100% recycled plastic and can withstand sun, rain, and frost. You can leave it outside or hanging all year round.

Does water drain away or stay in the inner pot? How do I prevent root rot?

The inner pot has a water reservoir of 700 ml. Your plant absorbs the moisture gradually, so the soil stays moist but not too wet. Do not pour more than the reservoir can hold to prevent root rot.

What plant size fits in the Globee?

The inner pot has a diameter of 13.7 cm. Most plants in a standard growing pot of 12–13 cm fit directly into it.

How much weight can the hanging system and the chain hold?

The hanging system with chain supports plants up to 20 kg.

Can I hang the Globee from a drywall ceiling?

Yes. When using a plasterboard ceiling, use a suitable hollow wall or toggle plug that can support the weight of the pot plus plant. In concrete, a standard plug with a hook is sufficient.

How do I clean the Globee?

Wipe the pot with a damp cloth and, if needed, a mild soap. Do not use harsh abrasives to keep the matte finish looking nice.

Can I order separate parts (chain or inner pot)?

Yes, separate chains and inner pots are sold separately. Check out our collection or contact us.
